Shop Pay Installments
Select Shop Pay at checkout, choose a plan, and get a decision in seconds. Depending on your order total and eligibility, you can choose from:
- Pay in 4: four interest free payments, one every two weeks, with the first due at checkout.
- Monthly payments: spread larger orders over 3 to 12 months. Some plans are interest free; others carry an APR that is shown to you before you confirm.
Checking your eligibility does not affect your credit score. Shop Pay Installments is provided by a third party lender; plan availability, terms, and APR are determined by the lender and disclosed to you at checkout.

- We'll schedule your white glove delivery just as we would for any order.

Which plan should I choose?
Pay in 4 works well for orders you can clear within six weeks. Monthly payments suit larger purchases you'd rather spread over a longer period. Both options are presented at checkout based on your order total.
Does applying affect my credit?
No. Checking your eligibility for Shop Pay Installments does not impact your credit score.
Can I use a discount code with a payment plan?
Yes. Apply your discount code in the cart or at checkout before selecting Shop Pay. The plan is calculated on your final order total.
What if I return an item purchased on a payment plan?
Returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Once a refund is issued, the lender adjusts or cancels your remaining payments and refunds any amounts already paid, according to its own timelines.
Who do I contact about my payments?
Your payment plan is an agreement between you and the lender. For questions about payment dates or balances, manage your plan through the Shop app or contact the lender directly.
